You’ve got an idea. But how can you fund the work to create an exhibit concept deck when you need an exhibit concept deck to get funding? This session will explore case studies, best practices, and tools for exhibit concept planning, fundraising, and project management. Next, we focus on the project concept which serves to guide the project and the team toward a common goal. We’ll discuss the most common fundraising sources and what materials and information are generally required. And we’ll share some strategies on how to reach the next project milestone without breaking the bank.
