In the United States, the federal government plays a key role in supporting public engagement with science. Over the past year, ASTC has led an effort to catalogue the ways this support manifests in a range of programs and initiatives across agencies, in order to paint a comprehensive picture of the landscape of federal support for science engagement. In this session, we will discuss our methodology and key findings, as well as recommendations for further study.
